Tolerance and Non-Judgment
We will always be faced with people who say or do things that we don’t agree with or don’t like. And while it’s important to communicate our disagreement, doing so in a non-judgmental way makes for easier dialogue and interaction. Being non-judgmental means we’re coming from a place of empathy, where we can see things from the other person’s perspective even if it is not in alignment with our principles or values. For the other person, this trait is something that they appreciate and like a lot.
