The Woolpit Children
In the 12th century, two children were found in Woolpit, England who did not speak English or any identifiable language and their skin was green. Eventually, the young girl learned to speak English and told a local villager she was from a dark, underground place called St. Martin’s Land. Her and her brother were taking care of sheep when they entered a cave and ended up Woolpit. Maybe it’s just a folk tale but it sounds like these two children experienced a time slip.
